📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding premium home appliances.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer requirements and budget.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the home appliances industry.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or consultancy role, preferably in the home appliances industry.
  • Strong knowledge of premium home appliances and their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns and issues.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
