📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop client relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and SAP, including customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
