📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to track progress and manage tasks.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in project management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting or similar environment.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
