📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute blasting operations in accordance with company standards and Indonesian mining regulations.
• Conduct pre-blast inspections and assessments to ensure the safety and efficiency of blasting activities.
• Monitor and control blasting operations to minimize environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement blasting schedules and procedures to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior shotfirers and other team members on blasting techniques and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Maintain and update blasting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, geology, and safety teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed shotfirer in the mining and blasting industry.
• Valid and current shotfirer license and certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards, including the Mining Safety and Health Act (UU 4/2009) and the Mining Safety and Health Regulation (PP 23/2010).
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing blasting operations in open-pit mining environments.
• Familiarity with blasting software and tools, such as AUTOCAD, BLASTX, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable mining practices.
