Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining quality control throughout the construction phase, from foundation to finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of structural elements, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and building codes.
• Inspect and approve materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any deviations from the project plan.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Prepare and submit reports on construction progress, quality control, and any necessary adjustments.
• Train and supervise construction workers, providing guidance on best practices and safety measures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of construction phases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural supervision or construction management.
• Certification as a Professional Architect (SIPA) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction practices in Bali and the ability to navigate local regulations.
