📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Sell memberships and fitness programs to new and existing clients
- Manage client accounts and track progress
- Provide personalized fitness guidance and support
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of fitness equipment
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive membership growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all clients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience in gym sales and client management
- Strong understanding of fitness programs and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in fitness training (e.g., ACE, NASM, or similar) is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
