📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and financial planning.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Conduct regular financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
