📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with high attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in training new staff and supporting team members as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar hospitality role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
