📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design visually stunning websites, presentations, and digital assets using AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, and Canva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and digital design, applying new techniques to enhance creative outputs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
• Deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Optimize designs for performance and accessibility, ensuring they work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-powered designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
