📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect Lexmark International's digital infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to security threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities in real-time.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure robust security measures across all operations.
• Oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of cybersecurity initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on risk management and threat detection.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly preferred.
• Proficient in cybersecurity tools and software, including SIEM systems, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
