📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route optimization, and driver management.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Work closely with the logistics team to maintain seamless supply chain performance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of drivers and support staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet logistics and expedition management.
• Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and support staff.
• Familiarity with fleet management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of route optimization tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
