📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire tendering process, from initial project conception to contract finalization.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Leverage your expertise in contract management to secure and manage contracts worth millions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management and tendering.
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, tendering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact construction and engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
