📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using physical therapy software such as EPIC or Meditech.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
