📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that the final design meets their expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and address any potential issues.
• Prepare and submit construction drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.
