📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and recommend Shiseido’s premium skincare and makeup products, explaining their benefits and usage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their beauty goals and providing ongoing support.
• Assist in stocking and organizing the beauty counter, ensuring a well-presented and inviting display of products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, incorporating new knowledge into consultations.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
• Promote Shiseido’s brand values and ethos, embodying the company’s commitment to beauty and excellence.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in beauty consulting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty consulting, retail, or a related field, with a strong background in skincare and makeup.
• Excellent knowledge of Shiseido’s product range, including skincare and makeup lines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with beauty industry trends and a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the store’s overall success.
• Professional appearance and a polished, client-focused demeanor.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for store visits and client consultations.
