📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the store meets sales and profit targets.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the regional manager to implement and monitor store performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
