Provide direct care to postnatal and newborn patients, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with feeding, and promoting recovery.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans for each patient.,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the physician.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families on postnatal care, newborn care, and overall health.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients and their families.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a postnatal or newborn care setting.,Basic knowledge of postnatal and newborn care practices and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Valid certification as a Staff Nurse or Nurse Aide is required.,Experience with medical software and electronic health records is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
