📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and menu development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
