As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving our valued customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Recommend menu items and provide information about our products.,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with remote work tools.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
