Hokian Nanda Electronics is looking for a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our outlet in Kuta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to maintain optimal product availability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the headquarters to ensure consistent brand standards and promotions.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking exercises to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and basic accounting software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
