📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage the employee benefits program and ensure its effectiveness.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, providing fair and timely resolutions.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR practices align with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven ability to lead and mentor HR staff.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
