📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.,Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring they meet standards.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or baking environment.,Knowledge of baking processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and remote).🛠️ Keahlian
