📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
