📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Support the Head Chef in special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
