📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire tendering process, from initial project conception to contract finalization.
Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Leverage your expertise in contract management to secure and manage contracts worth millions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management and tendering.
Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, tendering, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact construction and engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
