📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the regional manager.,Ensure the branch meets all quality and service standards set by the company.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
