📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training needs and develop training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and recommendations for training improvements.,Maintain training records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
