PMQS Construction Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate cost estimates, track project expenses, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget.,Prepare and submit progress reports, cost reports, and financial statements to stakeholders.,Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost proposals for new projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project staff.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project quantity surveying, with a strong background in construction cost management.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
