📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the surgical department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.,Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth and timely patient care, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.,Develop and implement strategies to improve surgical department efficiency, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the surgical field.,Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of surgical services with other healthcare services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in a surgical setting.,Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.,Proven experience in managing and leading teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
