📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
