📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are available for events.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Keep accurate records of event details, guest lists, and any other relevant information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
