📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and food safety.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work with the management team to ensure that the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
