Agung Dian Store is looking for a talented and passionate Junior HR Officer to join our team in Salatiga. As a Junior HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
