📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics and distribution operations.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage and optimize the supply chain, including inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Lead a team of operations managers and logistics coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship.
Utilize advanced logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to monitor and analyze operational data.
Collaborate with the finance and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with overall business objectives.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and distribution operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing logistics and distribution networks.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
