In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and networks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Participate in IT meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
